The forgotten postulate
Is there a forgotten postulate? The velocity of a body is meaningful towards his gravitational sistem. Therefore inside and towards his gravitational system, the maximum velocity of an object is 300.000 km/s. Therefore:
a) we can resolve the evidence of relative velocities greater than 300.000 km/s between different objects or gravitational sistems ( atoms , sun ,galaxies );
b) we can solve the twin paradoxe ( and extablishe who shall grow older .. );
c) we can construct a continuous phisics in the space and in the time ( it is existing always only a gravitational center...).
or rephrasing : the object speed or better, any propagation speed have values and bounds relatively to the its gravitational system. And so we shall have:
a)two opposite wave's front are departing at 600.000 km/s ( or approaching ) and that two pursuer objects ( of two opposite wave's fronts ) could have relative velocities higther than 500.000 km/s ( or approaching ) : the limit-velocity of 300.000 km/s must be considered always as regards as the proper gravitational system.
b) the speedy twins : if i see my twin departing at 250.000 km/s , it's not sure that i shall meet him after 10 years younger than me ; it shall depend to our velocities relatively to the gravitational system ( and sometimes we could departing ( or approaching ) also more than 500.000 km/s ).
c) if I am moving with relativistic velocities, as regards as my gravitational system , and my system is departing with very high velocities as regards as an other system , i could perceive all that like a superluminar velocity but always i could built a logic and continue world in the space and in the time , which are seeming to exist out of the existence and of the interaction of the matter.
The quantistic theory
The quantistic theory is offering formulas around a world beyond description and unimmaginable : it is an exact statistics over a very complicate and unknown realty. A statistics is representing an average of many things but without a rational interpretation :
a) every italian couple has 1,89 sons !
b) anybody has not studied and explaned the interference of the interference ( if someboby sends a part of the interference' s luminous band througth an hole and divides the new beam , he can get a new interference with very thin bands ...)
The gravitational and inertial mass
They seems coincident, but
we are forgetting that there is the centrifugal mass and it seems
quantitatively like the other-ones !
If we do not want speak about an other
coincidence , we must say that we are speaking of all one thing : the mass .
parallaxes:
if it should be possible to use the Milky Way’s rotational movement ( over 200 km/s ) for measuring the parallaxes ( and the true distances ) of objects external to our galaxy, we could get a rate of efficiency 20 times bigger than the six-months-points of the terrestrial rotation.
The efficiency could also increase with the time and in 5 years we could measure the distances untill 50 millions years-ligth ( for the bigger part of interested objects ) and clarify if the quasars are near or not....
( for the stars belonging to our galaxy , the sun ' s movement of 19,5 km,s could be used with the same advantages ... )
Some opinions about the relativity:
Sometimes we discuss around the absolute and relative movement and also around 1) the velocity-limit of 300.000km,s 2) the indistinguishablity between acceleration and gravity 3) the inriliefablity in a laboratory of the uniform movement ; maybe all is coming easier if we always relate the movement of the object with its gravitational centre : postulate(!)..(on the other hand, the formula E = 1/2 M V^2 has a meaning only toward the gravity center of the object and so you can calculate speed and direction)
1) Inside of a gravitational system , the maximum velocity of bodies is 300.000km,s ( and applauses to the Einstein's formula E=MC2 ) ; also the ligth is going at 300.000km,s , in all directions indipendently by the speed of the emitting body ( because it is a propagation of an effect caused by ( the changement of the atomic level of ) the electrons with emission of waves : the speed of the ship and of his waves are indipendent in the same way ) ; but also two fronts of waves going in opposite directions , are separating from the source of 300.000km,s and therefore between themselves of 600.000km,s ..; the bodies can have a max. speed in a grav. sistem of 300.000km,s , but relatively (between themselves ) also of 600.000km,s ( almost ) ... in that way , we could have a separation speed from the earth of ( almost ) 300.000km,s , the earth could separate of 300.000km,s from the sun , which could separate from the galaxy of the same speed...: temporarly we could have a separation speed from the galaxy of almost 900.000km,s , but when our gravitational center ( earth ) begins to joint to the sun , the addiction of our speeds should undergo the relativistic effects and , regarding our temporary gravity's center , it speed ) never exceeds the 300.000km,s .... or rephrasing : if the earth should separate from the sun of 290.000km,s , and we should separate from the earth of 290.000km,s , during some instants our speed from the sun should be 580.000km,s , than it (speed ) should diminish rapidly with the moving of our temporary gravity's center from the earth toward the sun and it ( speed ) should stabilize at ( perhaps ) 295.000km,s from the sun and at 5.000km,s from the earth ... ; the ligth should make in the same way and also that coincidence must oblige to a reflection over the deep nature of the matter !
2) Indistinguishablity between acceleration and gravity in a laboratory : it seems to be a problem of sensibility of the measure's instruments , therefore not a theoric impossibility ..) . If the realty and the matter exist , it will exist always a measurable gravitational strength , which could compose occasionally with the pure acceleration ... , but that shall be always measurable because the accelerative strength's lines are parallel and the gravitational lines are convergent ... ( the most unfavorable situation is just a laboratory falling with gravitational acceleration , which forbid the operativity of almost all measure 's instruments , but that situation theorically can be considered only for a limitate spheric zone ( calotte ) , above and below , the gravitational strength begins again to be remarkable...)
3) Inriliefablity in a lab. of the uniform movement ..; it shall be always possible to measure a gravitational center and so we could have 3 main situations a) if the lab. has a straigth movement : the plumb lines of the lab. could show direction and speed of movement ( with their convergence to the gravitational center and the small adaptative and successive movement , caused by the uniform velocity , if measured in time's intervals)... b ) if the lab. is turning jointed to the gravitational sistem : the fall of a body far away from the perpendicular of the plumb lines is showing the speed of the lab. ... c) if the lab. is stopped : this situation is showed excluding the other previous two ... . The twins' paradox ( like the clocks' experiment in delay over the aircrafts ) are showing that a speedy uniform movement is riliefable ( or it gives consequences ) ; in realty , the starting twin can comeback younger or older in relation to the fact that he increases or decreases his relative velocity from the gravitational sistem , and therefore that is an element for measuring the velocity ... ; on the other side , the dimensional definition of 'laboratory' is arbitrary and it seems to be no problems also for measuring mixed movements ... ;( the relativistic effects of the velocity and gravity , if by a side , falsify the meter and the clock , from the other one , introduce a non-uniforme directionality in the experiments , so you can understand and calculate..) ; and the Michelson and Morley 's experiment ? It extablishes exactly that the propagation 's velocity of the ligth in a gravitational sistem is the same in all directions ... but for extablishing the movement of the grav. sistem are necessary different instruments , obviously... : the ligth is an effect and so some characteristics can be autonomous from the cause.
Some words around the space and the time : consequentely the relativity ' s theory , somebody presents that the gravity produces or curves the space ( and the time ) because it influences their perception ..( also the temperature , changing the lenght of the pendulum , can produce similar effects , but it is enough to have a termometer for correcting the clock jointed to the pendulum ) ... so if we can measure the gravity ( probabely allways ) , we can correct the length ( and the time ) ... perhaps the space and the time are a little like the numbers , the circle the infinite ..: they exist also if there is not the matter or who measures them .
Refraction of proximity ( Oldog effect )
(A) Somebody can be surprised that , in the millions of stellar parallaxes ( = the star's angle between the two opposite positions in the terrestrial orbit , mesured for having the distance ) gotten with HST , almost 1/4 are negative ( the angle not only is very small , but less than small , less than zero ... that is impossible ) and 1/3 are positive with a quantity of uncertainty bigger than the given value ( and so they can be negative : in all more than 61% ) ... and this fact is not a technical lack because often they have 4 or 5 significant numbers . A research around the opinions of the sector' s operators concludes that the negativities are expecially when the object star is in a star ' s sistem ( more than 50 % of the stars are in a multiple sistem ) or when the ' reference ' star has been choiced nearer than the star object of measure ( so the ligth of our star goes near to the ' reference ' star ). (B) Many people Know the photographic images of galaxies , which by ' gravitational lens effect ' show their repetitions and (C) it is also known the atmospheric refraction 's phenomenon , where refraction ' s gradients , caused by the temperature ' s stratification , are producing the ' mirage ' phenomenon . So it seems that the ligth going near an object with refraction' s gradient , undergoes to a deviation . (D) The NASA analysed a little similar phenomenon from the quantitative and theoric side , noting the importance of the 'electron density and density gradient ' and formulating the ' Cassini corona model ' ( see : 7.3 inside to http://xxx.lanl.gov/abs/gr-qc/0104064 ) ; among the rokets , for studing the deep space , the Pioneer 10 and 11 continued more than 20 years to send their datas : so a misterious anomalie was revealed ; these ( and other ) spatial vectors show a difference between the position calculated with the go-and-back time of the reflected signals and the waited frequency , measurable in this signals : that positioning 's difference , felt also like an anomalous acceleration , has the value 8,5 * 10 ^ -8 cm,s ; the coincidence of this value with the Hubble constant = H ( and other considerations ) could assign to each celestial object this frequency' s shift proportional to the distance ( with consequent negation of the big-bang : tired ligth , la fatigue de la lumiere ) ; in the Pioneer ' s situation , the NASA extablished that the aforesaid value , suffers also dayly ( soft ) and yearly ( more consistent ) rhythms , which the experts tried to explain in various ways : that-one proposed like 'solar corona effect ' seems to us more convincent ( and jointable to (A) , (B) and (C) ) because
1) the max. and min. values are coinciding with the axis sun-earth-rocket
2) the rhythm seems to come weaker with the distance
3) the max. dispersion of the values is coinciding with the solar interpositions and his gaseous and jonic fluxes
Since the anomalous acceleration remains fixed ( we repeat that in one million of years this value is like H constant = 25 km,s ) and the coronal variations over this-one are repeating yearly like an increasement of value ,we could conclude that each star has his ' corona ' extending for many diameters and able to change the ligth' s frequency ( further diminishment ) and in direction ( in the NASA report , nobody speaks of changement of direction because their measures were simply quantitative ). This effect is different from the ' gravitational deviation of the ligth ' , which is almost limited to a narrow distance of the interposed object , having a very higth gravity.
Referring to the (A) point, expecially for the errors or negativity in multiple irresolvible sistems , a limited correction of Oldog effect can be reached on repeating the measures to fixed time and on doing the averages ; a more scientific approuchment foresees to construct different coronal models for each kind of star and to consider their position and motus proper as well as the solar sistem ' s motus ( 19,5 km,s ); referring to the (D) point, fixed that it is impossible to accept for the rockets the velocity changement yearly and dayly ... we must consider as a numerical realty the absorption and the frequential shift of the ligth in the spatial crossing and so the big-bang is only a mistaken reading of this consequence.
Small and big problems:
The biggest part of problems seems possible to resolve with ... a conscious breathing ; smaller problems , you can resolve ... with the play and the time . The play , with his variants of joke , hobby , simulation , prefiguration , speculation , chat untill the limit of phisic , mental , artistic exercise , passive and active ( sport , theatre , cinema , reading , music ...) has a value of primary importance in the individual and social formation , adaptation and maintenance . It should be good the continue cultivation of the play ( ... ) in all the people , expecially people with laks or deviations ; the play (...) 's application to the problems of interpretation and comunication is a further way of creation of intelligence and capability (togheter the experience, study and information ) with good perspectives of economic and social.
Peace plan for the Palestine:
- The Egypt rents for 60 years half Sinai , which goes a part to the Palestinians ( mediterranean shore ) and a part to the Jewishes ( Red Sea shore )
- The Isdraelians go away from the Territories ( and from the establishements ) and give a street between Gaza and Cisgiordania
- Jerusalem goes a little piece to the Jewishes , to the Arabians and to the international Cristianity
- We build a big acqueduct from the river Nilo for carry his water to all Sinai zone ( very good for agricolture ; with a little filter , you can drink )
- All people who have email , can vote for approval or not , offering at request an euro or a dollar for building the acqueduct and proposing the Egiptian people for the award Peace Nobel

The Drugo's paradox
Suppose that I and my dog Drugo get into two different rokets, and then we leave at the same moment and in the same direction at the velocity of 225.000 km/s burnig an energy of 1,23 mots ; how much energy shall burn theorically Drugo for reversing his movement and departing from me at 450.000 km/s ? Esactly 0,0 mots !... because Drugo for stopping his roket , shall recover 1,23 mots of energy , which he shall use exactly for departing in oppposite direction at 225.000 km/s ( he could also newly to fallow me at 225.000 km/s , without to diminish his distance ) ... try and believe ! !
( IN ALL THE CASES : from the view that i have of Drugo and from the measure of my velocity as regards to the gravitational system , I shall understand always if I am departing at the velocity of 450.000 km/s and not ,for example , of 280.000 km/s ...) .
